Elevated Jets

SMS Terms & Opt-In

Last updated April 2026

Brand

Elevated Jets — a private aviation management company headquartered at Camarillo Airport (KCMA), Camarillo, California, providing aircraft management and corporate flight department services to private aircraft owners operating under FAR Part 91. SMS sender: +1 805 586 9461.

Who receives Elevated Jets SMS

SMS notifications are sent only to individuals who have personally opted in via our public opt-in form at elevatedjets.com/sms-opt-in. Each recipient submits the form for their own mobile number; no one is enrolled on anyone else's behalf, regardless of their relationship to Elevated Jets or to any client.

The recipient pool is small (currently around 15 individuals total across all clients) and every recipient has a direct existing business relationship with Elevated Jets — typically members of the flight crew on aircraft we manage, the principals who own or charter those aircraft, or individuals whom those principals have asked to receive trip information and who have then personally opted in for their own mobile number.

Elevated Jets does not collect SMS subscribers from public web traffic, purchased lists, third-party data brokers, or any other consumer marketing channel. Every recipient is individually known to Elevated Jets staff before any SMS is sent.

What messages contain

Messages are operational and transactional. Content is limited to flight-related information, including:

  • Trip sheet links (read-only itinerary, FBOs, crew, schedule)
  • Departure and arrival time updates, schedule changes, and aircraft assignment changes
  • FBO confirmations and ground-transportation details
  • Crew assignment notifications

We do not send marketing, advertising, promotional, sweepstakes, political, or fundraising messages. We do not send messages on behalf of any third party.

How recipients opt in

SMS opt-in is optional and is collected through a single, dedicated consent process. It is not bundled with employment, contractor onboarding, flight scheduling, or any other Elevated Jets service or transaction. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any Elevated Jets service. Recipients who do not opt in to SMS continue to receive trip information by email or phone call.

The opt-in path is the public consent form at elevatedjets.com/sms-opt-in. To opt in, the recipient must:

  1. Enter their own first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  2. Read the on-screen disclosure covering message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, STOP and HELP instructions, and the non-sharing of mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  3. Affirmatively check an unchecked consent box that links to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
  4. Submit the form. The submission timestamp, IP address, user agent, and exact disclosure text shown are recorded in our audit log.

After form submission, a double opt-in confirmation SMS is sent to the entered mobile number. The number is only activated for operational messaging after the recipient replies YES from the handset, completing express written consent at the device level.

Consent is collected specifically and only for this campaign — operational flight notifications from Elevated Jets — and is never sold, transferred, or shared with any other party for any purpose.
